The video “Battling Lust” touches upon how lust is a reaction to not loving. The video explains how someone would not lust after someone they truly respected and loved.
The biggest take away from the video “How to Defeat Lust FOR GOOD” is to resist lust and like how our muscles get stronger when we exercise and resist the weight of the weights we lift at the gym, our ability to resist temptations increases to where it no longer affects us so severely.
